Working Foreman
Your Role as a Working Foreman
As a Working Foreman, you are the key link between the workshop and management. You will lead a team of skilled workers, actively contribute to projects, and ensure the quality and progress of our work. You are not only a leader but also a mentor who helps others grow in their roles.
What Will You Do?
- Daily supervision and coordination of a team of fabricators and welders.
 - Actively participating in projects: welding, assembling, and constructing metal structures.
 - Planning, delegating, and monitoring daily tasks within the team.
 - Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines.
 - Identifying bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
 - Reporting progress and results to the Production Manager.
 - Motivating, coaching, and developing team members.
 
What Do You Bring?
- Proven experience in a technical production environment.
 - Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
 - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
 - Hands-on experience with MIG/MAG welding, assembling, and metal fabrication.
 - A hands-on mentality and the ability to lead by example.
 - Strong communication skills and natural leadership abilities.

Fabricator/Welder
Your Role as a Fabricator/Welder
As a Fabricator/Welder, you play a key role in our production process. You will work on challenging projects where you handle different materials and techniques to create custom-made constructions. Using technical drawings, you will assemble, weld, and finish metal structures with precision and craftsmanship.
What Will You Do?
- Assemble and construct steel structures based on technical drawings.
 - Perform welding tasks (MIG/MAG) and ensure strong and precise connections.
 - Carry out grinding, tack welding, and cutting using hand tools and cutting torches.
 - Inspect your work for quality and accuracy.
 - Work safely and responsibly, following company guidelines.
 - Collaborate with your team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
 
What Do You Bring?
- Relevant experience as a Fabricator/Welder or in a similar role.
 - The ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
 - Experience with grinding, tack welding, and operating cutting tools.
 - A strong sense of responsibility for safety and quality.
